DLG Silicone Sealant – Weatherproof Seal for Windows & Glass (A6015)

DLG A6015 is a one-part silicone sealant that cures with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, flexible rubber seal. We formulated it for professional glazing and construction applications where long-term durability is required.

Unlike cheaper acidic sealants, our neutral-cure formula does not release acetic acid during curing. This means it will not corrode metal frames or react with alkaline materials like concrete and plaster.

Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation: The surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
2. Application: Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and place the cartridge in a standard caulking gun. Apply the sealant with steady pressure to fill the joint completely.
3. Tooling: Smooth the sealant bead with a spatula or wet finger within 5-10 minutes of application. This tooling ensures good contact with the surfaces and provides a neat finish.
4. Curing: The sealant will form a non-sticky skin in about 15-20 minutes and will cure fully in 24-48 hours, depending on the joint size and humidity.
