Recommended Application Procedure
For best bonding results:
- Ensure the surface is clean and free from dust, grease, and rust.
- Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired bead size.
- Extrude adhesive onto the material surface in continuous beads or strips.
- Press the material firmly into position.
- Use a rubber hammer or temporary tape to hold materials if necessary.
- The adhesive achieves serviceable strength after about 12 hours and full strength after 72 hours.
- Removing Excess Adhesive
- Uncured adhesive can be removed using solvents such as thinner.
- Once fully cured, excess adhesive can be scraped off.
